We select our own amaranth varieties, which are best suited for growing on our cultivated areas in three regions of Russia.
Voronezhsky is one of the most early ripening varieties in the world. Seed maturity is examined on a regular basis. It is important that the seed doesn’t shed. Harvesting starts when seed maturity reaches 80 percent.
The company is using 250 items of specialized agricultural machinery and equipment.
Amaranth grain is highly flowable due to its tiny size. Therefore, the machines which harvest and transport this crop’s grain must have enhanced leak proofness.
Before processing, amaranth grain is dried, hulled and graded. For pre-processing of grain, we have installed advanced drying equipment and a hulling zone with a gravity separator and a color sorter.
Our amaranth-processing factory is fitted with advanced high-tech automated equipment.
Our technology of amaranth oil extraction is patented. This method allows us to get high quality amaranth oil without using chemicals and preserve natural molecular entities in the grain makeup.
To maintain a high quality of products we have set up an modern well-ventilated warehouse complex with ability to maintain different temperature and humidity modes.
